A parenting learning library for real family life

Learn the skill.
Find the words.

LittleTalk helps you build practical parenting skills through guided lessons. When a hard moment hits, Coach helps you apply what you have learned to the child—or children—involved.

Built for iPhone. Your learning stays with you; choose the child context for examples and Coach.

Built for the space between knowing and doing

Parenting advice is easy to save and hard to use.

A book, post, or generic answer can sound useful and still disappear when your child is upset and you are tired. LittleTalk turns carefully reviewed parenting knowledge into an ordered learning path you can understand, practice, and return to.

It is not a pile of tips and it is not an open-ended chatbot. Your lessons build on one another. Coach is the dedicated fourth tab: one tap away when you want help applying that learning to a real situation.

One connected learning loop

Learn it. Try it. Use it when home gets loud.

LittleTalk keeps the next step clear while giving you room to go deeper only when that would help.

  1. 01
    Learn

Understand one parenting skill in plain language and see when it helps.

  2. 02
See it in a real moment

Read natural words and actions that fit ordinary family situations.

  3. 03
    Practice

Check your judgment with realistic choices and supportive feedback.

  4. 04
    Apply with Coach

Describe what is happening and get an immediate, bounded response.

  5. 05
    Save and recall

Keep phrases that sound like you and bring the skill back later.

  6. 06
    Reflect and continue

Notice what worked, reopen past lessons, and keep building your path.

A curriculum that belongs to the parent

Lessons build your skill—not a score for your child.

Your path and progress stay with you. Each lesson begins with a concrete situation, explains why the response may help, and gives you one skill plus words you can actually say.

  • Ordered paths with progress, history, and bookmarks
  • Examples chosen for the child context you select
  • Immersive watercolor scenes and accessible, readable layouts
  • Optional deeper explanations and practice after the core lesson

Coach is always one tab away

Help for this child, this family, this moment.

Choose one child or everyone involved, then describe the situation in your own words. Coach suggests immediate words or actions and explains why they may help.

Open Coach from the tab bar or carry a lesson into Coach for more focused support. Returning to your lesson never changes your place or progress.

Coach uses the child or family context you choose for the request. It does not listen in the background. Coaching depends on service availability and is not medical or emergency advice.

Go further only when it helps

The core lesson is complete on its own.

Optional learning can add depth, practice, useful phrases, and recall without turning parenting into homework.

Careful by design

Useful guidance without false certainty.

LittleTalk supports a parent’s judgment. It does not diagnose a child, guarantee an outcome, or ask you to turn family life into a surveillance record.

Original, carefully reviewed lessons

Lessons use original LittleTalk wording. Copied book passages, author names, and private review notes are not part of the parent experience.

Claims that leave room for real children

LittleTalk says a skill “may help” or “supports” development instead of promising how a child will respond.

You choose the family context

Select one child or everyone involved when you ask Coach for help. Your learning progress stays with you when you switch children.

Clear safety limits

Essential safety information is available without a membership. Urgent danger and health concerns are directed to appropriate real-world help.
